Service Description

Learn Animal Flow beginner /level 1 movements with me in this course. At the end of this course, you will be able to create your own flows and make this beautiful movement practice a part of your fitness routine. A little information about me: I am a choreographer, dance teacher and a fitness coach specializing in over 5 workout styles. I help people become and feel strong, wild and happy. Apart from teaching Animal Flow, I also train people offline and online to build strength and endurance via resistance training, gain mobility and flexibility via yoga and other movement practices.
